I am a residential real estate broker, licensed by the State of Idaho, and Realtor since 1991 in the Treasure Valley. I have been involved in
over 50 million dollars in residential transactions as a listing agent, a
buyer's agent or supervising broker.
I started my own brokerage in 2007. The first 16 years, I spent working my way up from agent to associate broker to designated broker, managing up to 10 agents and over 500 transactions for another company. I also co-hosted the #1 rated real estate radio talk show on KBOI AM 670 for several years.
Why the nickname "Repoman"? Easy to remember! Plus, for the first part of my career, I specialized in representing buyers and investors in the purchase of repos- government & bank owned foreclosed homes such as HUD, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Idaho Housing and all private lenders. I also have plenty of experience with auctions and short sales.
In addition to my experience, I have invested in education to better serve my clients. Only a small percentage of Realtors have achieved the designations I hold:
ABR= Accredited Buyer's Representative
CRS= Certified Residential Specialist
GRI= Graduate of Realtor Institute

I am willing to work hard, invest my time and share my knowledge, always placing my clients' best interests above my own desire for a paycheck. I never use high-pressure sales tactics because real estate decisions are too important. My focus is on serving each client well, knowing that is key to earning repeat and referred customers.
My knowledge of construction, maintenance and inspection issues also adds value to my services. I've worked as a professional painter and framer and have remodeled, repaired and maintained my own homes and rentals for years.
