Properties newly listed

Late last week we listed a beautiful ranch home with stone front just outside of I81 in Martinsburg.  This immaculate home offers one level living with wonderful cathedral ceilings in the living room, kitchen and dining areas.  The home has a one car garage and plenty of room on the front porch for the rockers.

1st of June we put on the market a 2 story colonial in Stonebrook about a mile and a half from the MARC train.  The home has just been painted from top to bottom so when the new homeowner buys this home all they will have to do is enjoy the Hot Tub, Pool and this beautiful home.  This home was built by Hampton Homes and was their original model in this particular area so it has lots of custom features including ceramic and wood floors, fireplace, custom kitchen cabinets and as with many of Hampton Homes floor plans this home has oversized rooms.    The yard backs up to Sam Michaels Park offering lots of privacy in the rear yard.

We're off to the Zoo

At least we think we are if the weather holds up. It is only about 45 minutes from Harpers Ferry to the Catoctin Wildlife Preserve and Zoo which is located just north of Frederick Maryland. The weather forecast is for moderate temperatures with a chance of showers later so we hope we cna make it. We will be taking the Grandkids out for some fun. Check back to see if we made it and got any good photos.

Did you lose any tomato plants sunday night?

If you lost any tender plants with that late frost on sunday night there is a great opportunity to replace them with Fiona Harrison from Slaynt Vie Farm bringing Tomato plants (many varieties), pepper plants (hot and sweet), cucumber plants (pickling and slicing). please contact Fiona directly atslayntviefarm@gmail.com or call her at 304-261-3281if you need information.

Also, Middleway Farm will have tomatoes plus they are bringing herbs also. We lost a few peppers, tomatoes and our Basil even tough we were out there at 9:00 PM building cloches over as much as we could so we hope to get out there to replenish. This is a very busy time of year in the veggie garden plus we are building more raised beds inside the veggie garden where the terrible twosome, our Golden Retrievers can't harvest the plants prematurely.
