Limited Competition- Only homebuyers can bid the first 10 days on new or reduced listings. After this 10-day period, bids go daily and investors are welcome. Be sure to check my list on Fridays for new & reduced listings and Monday for first shot at investor opportunties. Daily bid results are posted 8AM every week-day, leaving only a 16-hour window for competing offers. A minimum bid has a great chance, meaning you can buy homes today for 10-40% off current market value!

You must be prepared to bid-  prequalified by a HUD approved lender or have proof of funds to pay cash and submit earnest money in the form of certified funds or money orders, which is very hard to do on the weekend.
