The number of foreclosed homes for sale, in early December, is approaching a new high in the Boise Idaho area. Last winter, we topped-out at 550 foreclosed homes for sale in the Boise Metro. Now approaching 500 and climbing with slow sales and still-growing foreclosures and short sales. This means bigger discounts for you, especially during the slow winter months.

Low competition is not the only reason to buy now- rates are near historic lows, prices are near 5-year lows, the discounts are big as I've ever seen them and don't forget about the tax credit. I can't imagine better conditions for investing in real estate.
