Short Sales  As of March 1st, short sales represent 29.8% of all homes for sale in the Boise-Nampa Metro, up as a percentage of all listings, climbing only slightly in the last 3 months. It should be noted that there are fewer total homes for sale and the actual number of short sales has trended downward- a good sign.
